"These are the kindest people I’ve talked to even though I didn’t purchase my axolotl here. I was worried about my tank cycle being crashed due to some bad advice from where I originally purchased my axolotl. "I'm especially impressed by the excellent care and condition of their animals. This store keeps their axies in spacious, well-furnished, clean aquariums that also serve as great examples of ideal permanent setups. The axies themselves are alert, healthy, and sport wonderfully fluffy gills. The decor and supplies for sale are also well-suited for axies and aren't just random fishtank baubles. In particular, they stock some good resin tree-log hides, and some interesting handmade terra cotta decorations."

"It is rare to find the level of customer service that Axolotls Tulsa provided me.

I came across Axolotls Tulsa searching for a juvenile axolotl for my son to raise. Axolotls Tulsa was not the first company/merchant that I reached out to, but it was the last.

I received a prompt response to my initial inquiries and found the employee that responded to be courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Over the next days and weeks the employee took the time to answer any questions I had while providing the knowledge I was seeking. They never pushed me to make a sale and simply provided the exact service I was hopeful to find.

As for the Axolotl, I was given photos of the currently available options and I got my “pick of the litter”. Our little axolotl arrived healthy and energetic.
