The quick cycle package includes a large seeded filter, ammonia and your choice of test strips or master kit.  During shipping, some bacteria may die off which can lengthen the cycling time somewhat.  Inspite of  die off, with use of these products, your tank can be ready in days instead of weeks or months.  Instructions are included.
